Our Package Air conditioners of 2.0, 3.75, 5.0, 7.5, 10 and 15 Ton capacities are extensively used for varied applications. These are available both as air cooled and water-cooled versions. Made with two equal independent circuits for capacity and redundancy Capable of developing up to 60mm WG of net external static pressure, to overcome resistance through Micron filters for the filtration of air, the only in Indian company to have developed all indigenous unit.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The DTS range of direct expansion, air-cooled Precision Climate Control Units have high sensible heat ratios, are designed for in-room installation and feature automatic temperature and humidity control with high efficiency air filtration. Compact in footprint, they are suitable for all applications requiring precision control of temperature, humidity and air cleanliness.Available in single or twin cooling circuits with inclined internal heat exchangers. Typical applications are Data Centres, Telephone Exchanges, Control Rooms, Switch Rooms, Network Hubs and Laboratories. Available in either Top Discharge or Bottom Discharge configurations, the Product is designed and engineered with high standards utilising continuously rated, high reliability components offering long, trouble free operation with routine maintenance access from the front of the unit only. DTS units are fully assembled and tested in the factory and are built for applications where safety and reliability cannot be compromised.

Model Description

MAIN COMPONENTS

Major Components of Sidwal make Precision Air Conditioner consists of following major components.

INDOOR UNIT

The indoor unit of the Sidwal DTS series air conditioner includes compressor, evaporator, electric reheat, fan, controller, Bottler type electrode humidifier, thermal expansion valve, sight glass and drier-filter.

COMPRESSOR – These units are equipped with higher efficient scroll compressor/ Digital scroll compressor on demand. The Copeland scroll compressor / Digital scroll compressor / features low vibration, low noise and high reliability.

EVAPORATOR – Finned tube evaporator with high heat dissipation efficiency is used. The distributor, with its model-specific design, ensures that the refrigerant is distributed evenly in each loop, improving the evaporator efficiency to a great extent.

THERMAL EXPANSION VALVE – The external equalizer type thermal expansion valve collects temperature and pressure signals at the same time, so that it can regulate the refrigerant flow more accurately. We also use electronic expansion value for enhanced performance.

HUMIDIFIER – Humidifier fitted in the unit is designed with a simple structure, which is easy for teardown, cleaning and maintenance. It is adjustable to a wide range of water qualities, with fast start-up and high humidifying efficiency.

EC FAN – The system uses centrifugal backward curve EC fan with high efficiency and reliability, large airflow and long blowing distance.

ELECTRIC REHEAT – The system is fitted with high efficiency strip heaters for heating and evenly distributed heat volume.

SIGHT GLASS – The sight glass is the window for observing the system refrigerant recycle, mainly the moisture content of system. When the moisture content is too high, the color will change from green to yellow.

FILTER DRIER – The filter drier can effectively eliminate the moisture in system within a period of time, filter the impurities generated during long-term system operation and ensure normal system operation.

MICRO-PROCESSOR CONTROLLER

Each Precision AC is equipped with an advance microprocessor controller with following controls:

CONTROL TYPE

The controller is a microprocessor programmable logic controller. It has Separate indication of operating modes (cooling, heating, humidifying and Dehumidifying), alarm conditions (temperature high, loss of sensor, Compressor HP & LP, wet floor, no air flow and low humidifier water). The Display and indications are visible on the front without removing any External panels. Local and remote alarms will be triggered if an alarm Condition is reached.Two level Password protection to protect the unit from any unauthorized Access.Different setting level for Temperature & Humidity.The controller has an auto-restart feature which will return the unit to normal Operation after resumption of mains power.Automatic load / time and alarm sequencing function to be performed by the unit.Output point for ON/OFF of motorized damper and are suitable to be Integrated with fire point for unit shut off incase receiving signal from fire Panel or fire detectors.

DISPLAY

The unit has a large screen LCD display on controller with user friendly menus and minimum two level password protections.
In normal operating mode the screen displays the unit number, temperature and relative humidity set points and actual, operating status.

Following alarms are available with the audible signal.

COMMUNICATION

RS485 interface port for BMS compatibility with Mod bus RTU protocol.

ROOM TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY SENSOR

Room Temperature and Humidity level to be set in the Microprocessor Controller for the desired condition to be maintain in the Room.The diagram shows a room temperature and humidity sensor that can be fitted on the unit.When replacing the sensor, unlock the white plastic lid by applying pressure on point (A ) use a screwdriver; Lift the lid (B) in order to gain access to the fixing screws (C) and the terminals (D).Please Note: – It must be replaced by OEM standard spares only.
