Mr. Sudhir Goyal - Chief Financial Officer

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (Hons.) from University of Delhi. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has been associated with our Company since 23rd October 2012 and has over 17 years of experience in the finance function within the manufacturing sector. He is the head of finance and accounts department of our Company.

Mr. Sachin Gupta - Chief Executive Officer – RAC and CAC Division

He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Punjab Technical University and a Master’s degree in Business administration from All India Institute of Management Studies, Chennai.

He has been associated with our Company since 1st November 2014 and has over 17 years of experience in manufacturing industry.

He is responsible for business development in our Company.

Mr. Udaiveer Singh - Chief Executive Officer – Mobility Application Division

He holds a diploma in mechanical engineering from Board of Technical Education U.P.

He has been associated with our Company since 15th December 2003 and has over 26 years of experience manufacturing industry.

He is also serving as the Managing Director of Sidwal Refrigeration Industries Private Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of Amber.

He is responsible for the planning and operation of the RAC manufacturing facilities of our Company.

Mr. Sanjay Arora - Chief Executive Officer – Electronics Division

He holds an electrical engineer with specialisation in electronics and television technology from the YMCA Institute of Engineering, Faridabad.

He has been associated with our Company since July 23, 2012 and has more than 37 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He is responsible for the Electronics Division of Amber currently comprising of ILJIN Electronics and EVER Electronics. He is also responsible for heading innovation, security and legal matters of our Company.

Ms. Sudha Pillai - Independent Director

Ms. Sudha Pillai is the chairperson of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and member of Audit and Risk Management Committee of the Company.

Ms. Sudha Pillai, is a post graduate in Psychology (gold medallist), Punjab University and in Public Administration, Harvard University, USA with special areas of interest in Impact of Foreign Direct Investment on Employment & Growth, Macro Economic Policy, World Food System, Equity in Rural Development Policy and Leadership & Mobilization of Group Resources.

She has more than 45 years of experience in public administration. Prior to joining our Company, she has served as district collector of Thiruvananthapuram, chairman and managing director of Kerala Finance Corporation principal secretary (Finance), Government of Kerala. She has also served as joint secretary, Department of Company Affairs; Additional Secretary, Ministry of Mines; Secretary, Ministry of Labour & Employment; Member Secretary, Planning Commission and held such other dignified positions in various offices under the Government of India.

Dr. Girish Kumar Ahuja - Independent Director

Dr. Girish Kumar Ahuja is the Chairman of Audit Committee and member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.

Dr. Girish Kumar Ahuja, holds a bachelor’s and Master’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi. He holds a degree of doctor of philosophy from University of Delhi. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (‘ICAI’).

He is a qualified and practicing Chartered Accountant for more than 45 years. He has been a Member of a committee on direct tax matters constituted by the Government of India. He is a consultant on tax matters to various industries and non-profit making organizations. He is author of 25 books on various aspects of taxation for students and professionals.

Mr. Arvind Uppal - Independent Director

Mr. Arvind Uppal is the Chairman of Stakeholder Relationship Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company and member of Audit Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Mr. Arvind Uppal holds Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi and Master’s degree in Business Administration from FMS Delhi. He has also completed a Program for Executive Development from I.M.D. Lausanne, Switzerland in 2003.

He has over thirty-one years of experience in the consumer industry with extensive board experience. He has held key positions in top management, general management and marketing across the geographies of Asia pacific and Europe.

Mr. Manoj Kumar Sehrawat - Nominee Director

Mr. Manoj Kumar Sehrawat was appointed on the Board as a Nominee Director of our Company on 12th January 2017.

Mr. Manoj Kumar Sehrawat is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

He is based in Singapore and has more than 22 years of experience in financial services.

He is a director at ADV Partners Management Pte. Limited (“ADV”), the manager to a sub fund of ADV Opportunities Fund I, L.P., a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership (the “Fund”).

Mr. Daljit Singh - Managing Director

Mr. Daljit Singh is the member of Stakeholder Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company.

He holds Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Nagpur University and Master’s degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

He is serving the Board of Amber since 1st January 2008 and appointed as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f 25th August 2017.

He has 17 years’ experience in finance services and ten years of experience in the RAC manufacturing sector.

Mr. Jasbir Singh - Chairman and CEO

Mr. Jasbir Singh, is the member of Audit Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company.

He holds Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering (Industrial Production) from Karnataka University and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Hull, United Kingdom.

He has more than 19 years of experience in the RAC manufacturing sector. He has Been serving the Board of Amber since 1st October 2004, he was appointed as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company w.e.f 25th August 2017.
